濾(lv)(lv)筒式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)早在(zai)20世紀70年代(dai)就(jiu)已經在(zai)日本和(he)歐美(mei)一些國家出現(xian),具有(you)(you)體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao),效(xiao)率高(gao),投(tou)資省(sheng),易維護等優點,但因(yin)其設(she)備(bei)容量小(xiao)(xiao),難組合成(cheng)大(da)(da)風(feng)量設(she)備(bei),過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏低,應(ying)用范圍窄,僅在(zai)糧食(shi)、焊接等行(xing)業(ye)應(ying)用,所以多年來未能(neng)大(da)(da)量推廣(guang)。近年來,隨著新技術、新材料不斷地發展(zhan),以日本,美(mei)國的(de)公司為(wei)代(dai)表(biao),對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)結構(gou)和(he)濾(lv)(lv)料進(jin)行(xing)了改進(jin),使得濾(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)廣(guang)泛地應(ying)用于水泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)力(li)、食(shi)品(pin)、冶金、化工(gong)等工(gong)業(ye)領(ling)域,整體(ti)容量增加(jia)數倍,成(cheng)為(wei)過濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大(da)(da)型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解決(jue)傳統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)收集難、過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高(gao)、清(qing)灰效(xiao)果差、濾(lv)(lv)袋易磨(mo)損破漏、運行(xing)成(cheng)本高(gao)的(de)上好方(fang)案(an),和(he)市場(chang)上現(xian)有(you)(you)各種(zhong)袋式(shi)、靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)相(xiang)比具有(you)(you)有(you)(you)效(xiao)過濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)大(da)(da)、壓差低、低排放、體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)、使用壽(shou)命長等特(te)點,成(cheng)為(wei)工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)發展(zhan)的(de)新方(fang)向。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)結構是(shi)由進風管(guan)(guan)、排風管(guan)(guan)、箱體、灰斗(dou)、清灰裝置、導流(liu)裝置、氣流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾(lv)筒(tong)及(ji)電控裝置組成(cheng),類似氣箱脈(mo)沖(chong)袋除(chu)塵(chen)結構。
濾筒在除(chu)塵器中的(de)布(bu)置(zhi)很(hen)重要,既(ji)可以垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)在箱體花板(ban)上,也可以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi) 在花板(ban)上,從清(qing)灰效果看(kan),垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)較為合理。花板(ban)下部為過濾室,上部為氣箱脈沖(chong)室。在除(chu)塵器入口(kou)處裝有氣流(liu)分布(bu)板(ban)。
含(han)塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)進入除塵(chen)(chen)器灰(hui)斗后(hou)(hou),由(you)于氣(qi)流斷面突然(ran)擴大(da)及氣(qi)流分(fen)布板(ban)作(zuo)用(yong),氣(qi)流中一(yi)部分(fen)粗大(da)顆粒在(zai)動和慣性力作(zuo)用(yong)下沉(chen)降在(zai)灰(hui)斗;粒度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小的塵(chen)(chen)粒進入濾塵(chen)(chen)室后(hou)(hou),通過(guo)布朗擴散和篩濾等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)(chen)沉(chen)積(ji)在(zai)濾料表面上,凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的氣(qi)體(ti)進入凈氣(qi)室由(you)排氣(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)阻力(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)(chen)層厚度的(de)增加(jia)而增大(da)。阻力(li)達到某一規定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)進行(xing)清(qing)灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程(cheng)序控(kong)制脈(mo)(mo)沖閥的(de)啟閉(bi),首先一分(fen)室(shi)提(ti)升閥關閉(bi),將過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)氣流(liu)截(jie)斷,然后(hou)電(dian)(dian)磁脈(mo)(mo)沖閥開啟,壓縮空氣以(yi)及短的(de)時(shi)間(jian)在上(shang)箱體內迅(xun)速膨脹,涌入濾(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)筒膨脹變(bian)形產生振動,并在逆向(xiang)氣流(liu)沖刷的(de)作用(yong)下(xia),附著在濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)外表面上(shang)的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)被(bei)剝離落入灰(hui)斗中。清(qing)灰(hui)完(wan)畢后(hou),電(dian)(dian)磁脈(mo)(mo)沖閥關閉(bi),提(ti)升閥打開,該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)依次進行(xing),從(cong)一室(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)開始至下(xia)一次清(qing)灰(hui)開始為一個清(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)掉入灰(hui)斗內通過(guo)(guo)缷灰(hui)閥排(pai)出。
在此過程(cheng)中(zhong)必須定期對濾筒進行更換和(he)清洗(xi),以(yi)確(que)保過濾效(xiao)果和(he)精(jing)度(du),因(yin)為在過濾過程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵除了(le)被阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾料表面,增(zeng)大阻力,所以(yi)一般(ban)的正確(que)更換時間是(shi)三至五個月!
