濾(lv)筒式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)早在20世(shi)紀70年代(dai)就已經(jing)在日(ri)本和(he)歐(ou)美一些國家(jia)出(chu)現(xian)(xian),具(ju)有體積小(xiao)(xiao),效(xiao)(xiao)率高,投(tou)資省,易(yi)維護等優點(dian),但因其設備容量小(xiao)(xiao),難(nan)組合成(cheng)大(da)風(feng)量設備,過濾(lv)風(feng)速偏低,應(ying)用(yong)范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧(liang)食(shi)(shi)、焊接等行業應(ying)用(yong),所以(yi)多年來未能大(da)量推廣。近年來,隨著新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)材(cai)料(liao)不斷(duan)地發(fa)展(zhan),以(yi)日(ri)本,美國的(de)公司為(wei)代(dai)表,對除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)結構和(he)濾(lv)料(liao)進行了改進,使得濾(lv)筒除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)廣泛地應(ying)用(yong)于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食(shi)(shi)品(pin)、冶(ye)金、化工等工業領域,整體容量增加數(shu)倍,成(cheng)為(wei)過濾(lv)面積>2000m2大(da)型(xing)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)對超細(xi)粉塵(chen)收集難(nan)、過濾(lv)風(feng)速高、清(qing)灰(hui)效(xiao)(xiao)果差、濾(lv)袋易(yi)磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)本高的(de)上好方(fang)案,和(he)市場上現(xian)(xian)有各種袋式(shi)、靜電除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)相比具(ju)有有效(xiao)(xiao)過濾(lv)面積大(da)、壓差低、低排放、體積小(xiao)(xiao)、使用(yong)壽命長等特點(dian),成(cheng)為(wei)工業除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)新(xin)(xin)方(fang)向。
濾筒式(shi)除塵器的結構是(shi)由進(jin)風(feng)管、排(pai)風(feng)管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝置、導流裝置、氣流分流分布板(ban)、濾筒及電控裝置組(zu)成(cheng),類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾筒(tong)在(zai)除塵(chen)器中的布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)很重要,既可(ke)以垂直布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)箱體花板(ban)上(shang)(shang),也可(ke)以傾(qing)斜布(bu)(bu)置(zhi) 在(zai)花板(ban)上(shang)(shang),從清灰效果看,垂直布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)較為(wei)合理。花板(ban)下部(bu)為(wei)過濾室,上(shang)(shang)部(bu)為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈(mo)沖室。在(zai)除塵(chen)器入(ru)口處裝(zhuang)有(you)氣(qi)流分布(bu)(bu)板(ban)。
含塵氣(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)除塵器灰(hui)斗(dou)后,由(you)于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)流斷面突然擴(kuo)大及氣(qi)(qi)流分布板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流中一(yi)部(bu)分粗(cu)大顆粒(li)在動和(he)慣性(xing)力(li)作用下(xia)沉降在灰(hui)斗(dou);粒(li)度細、密度小的塵粒(li)進(jin)入(ru)濾塵室(shi)后,通過布朗擴(kuo)散和(he)篩(shai)濾等組(zu)合(he)效應,使粉塵沉積(ji)在濾料表面上,凈(jing)化后的氣(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排(pai)出(chu)。
濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)除塵器的(de)阻(zu)力(li)隨濾(lv)料表面粉塵層(ceng)厚度的(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力(li)達到(dao)某一(yi)規定(ding)值時進行(xing)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序(xu)控制脈(mo)沖閥(fa)的(de)啟(qi)閉,首先一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提升閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過(guo)濾(lv)氣(qi)流截(jie)斷,然后(hou)電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)開啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及短的(de)時間在上箱體內迅速膨(peng)脹,涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)膨(peng)脹變形產生振動,并在逆(ni)向氣(qi)流沖刷的(de)作用下(xia),附(fu)著在濾(lv)袋(dai)外(wai)表面上的(de)粉塵被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提升閥(fa)打開,該室(shi)(shi)又恢(hui)復過(guo)濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依(yi)次進行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始(shi)至下(xia)一(yi)次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始(shi)為一(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉塵掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗內通(tong)過(guo)缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在此過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)必(bi)須定期(qi)對濾筒(tong)進行更(geng)換和清洗,以確(que)保過(guo)濾效果和精度,因為(wei)在過(guo)濾過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉(chen)積(ji)于(yu)濾料表面(mian),增(zeng)大阻力,所(suo)以一般(ban)的正(zheng)確(que)更(geng)換時間是(shi)三至五個月!
