濾筒式(shi)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)早在20世紀70年代(dai)就(jiu)已經在日(ri)本和(he)歐美一些國(guo)家出現,具有(you)體積小(xiao),效率高,投(tou)資(zi)省,易(yi)維護(hu)等(deng)(deng)優點,但因其設備容量(liang)小(xiao),難(nan)(nan)組合成大(da)風(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)設備,過濾風(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)偏(pian)低,應用范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧(liang)食、焊接等(deng)(deng)行業(ye)應用,所以(yi)多年來未能大(da)量(liang)推廣(guang)。近年來,隨(sui)著新技術、新材(cai)料不斷地(di)發展,以(yi)日(ri)本,美國(guo)的公司為代(dai)表,對除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)的結構和(he)濾料進(jin)行了(le)改進(jin),使得濾筒除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地(di)應用于水(shui)泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)(dian)力、食品(pin)、冶金、化(hua)工(gong)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)業(ye)領域,整(zheng)體容量(liang)增加(jia)數倍,成為過濾面積>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是(shi)解決傳(chuan)統除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵收集(ji)難(nan)(nan)、過濾風(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)(su)高、清灰效果差(cha)、濾袋(dai)易(yi)磨損破漏、運(yun)行成本高的上(shang)好方(fang)案(an),和(he)市場(chang)上(shang)現有(you)各種袋(dai)式(shi)、靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)有(you)效過濾面積大(da)、壓差(cha)低、低排放(fang)、體積小(xiao)、使用壽(shou)命長等(deng)(deng)特點,成為工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)發展的新方(fang)向。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)結構是由進風(feng)管(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)、箱體(ti)、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、氣流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾(lv)筒(tong)及電(dian)控裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除(chu)塵(chen)結構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除塵器(qi)中的(de)布置很重(zhong)要,既可以垂直布置在(zai)箱體花板上,也(ye)可以傾斜布置 在(zai)花板上,從清灰(hui)效(xiao)果看,垂直布置較為(wei)合理。花板下部為(wei)過濾(lv)室,上部為(wei)氣箱脈沖室。在(zai)除塵器(qi)入口處裝有氣流分(fen)布板。
含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入(ru)(ru)除塵(chen)器(qi)灰(hui)斗后(hou),由于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)斷面突然擴大(da)及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)分布板作用(yong)(yong),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)中一部(bu)分粗(cu)大(da)顆粒在動和(he)慣性力作用(yong)(yong)下沉降在灰(hui)斗;粒度細、密度小(xiao)的塵(chen)粒進入(ru)(ru)濾塵(chen)室后(hou),通過布朗擴散和(he)篩濾等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)沉積(ji)在濾料表面上,凈(jing)化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入(ru)(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的阻力隨濾(lv)料表面(mian)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層厚度(du)的增加而增大(da)。阻力達到某一(yi)(yi)規定(ding)值時進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序控制(zhi)脈沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的啟閉,首先一(yi)(yi)分室提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,將(jiang)過濾(lv)氣流(liu)(liu)截斷,然后(hou)電磁(ci)脈沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開啟,壓縮空氣以及短的時間在(zai)上(shang)箱體內(nei)迅速膨脹(zhang),涌入濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)膨脹(zhang)變形產生(sheng)振動,并在(zai)逆向氣流(liu)(liu)沖刷(shua)的作(zuo)用下(xia),附(fu)著在(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)外(wai)表面(mian)上(shang)的粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)被剝(bo)離落(luo)入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)(dou)中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電磁(ci)脈沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室依次進(jin)行(xing),從一(yi)(yi)室清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始至(zhi)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始為一(yi)(yi)個(ge)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫(tuo)落(luo)的粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)(dou)內(nei)通過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出(chu)。
在(zai)此過程中(zhong)(zhong)必(bi)須定期對濾筒進(jin)行(xing)更(geng)換和清洗,以確保過濾效果和精度,因為在(zai)過濾過程中(zhong)(zhong)粉塵除了(le)被(bei)阻隔(ge)外還有(you)部分(fen)會沉積(ji)于濾料表面,增大(da)阻力,所以一般的正確更(geng)換時間是三至五個(ge)月!
