濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)早在20世紀70年(nian)代就已經在日本(ben)和歐美一些國家(jia)出現,具有(you)體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao),效(xiao)率高,投資省,易維護等(deng)優點,但因其設備容(rong)量(liang)小(xiao),難組合成大(da)(da)風(feng)量(liang)設備,過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速偏(pian)低,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧食、焊接等(deng)行業(ye)應(ying)用(yong)(yong),所以(yi)多年(nian)來未(wei)能大(da)(da)量(liang)推(tui)廣。近年(nian)來,隨著新技術、新材料不(bu)斷(duan)地發(fa)展(zhan),以(yi)日本(ben),美國的(de)公司為(wei)(wei)代表,對除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)結(jie)構和濾(lv)料進行了改(gai)進,使得濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)廣泛地應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于水泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)力、食品(pin)、冶金、化工(gong)等(deng)工(gong)業(ye)領域,整(zheng)體(ti)容(rong)量(liang)增加數倍,成為(wei)(wei)過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大(da)(da)型(xing)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解(jie)決傳統除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對超細(xi)粉塵(chen)收(shou)集(ji)難、過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速高、清灰(hui)效(xiao)果差、濾(lv)袋易磨損(sun)破漏(lou)、運行成本(ben)高的(de)上好(hao)方(fang)案(an),和市場上現有(you)各種(zhong)袋式、靜電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)有(you)效(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)大(da)(da)、壓差低、低排放、體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)、使用(yong)(yong)壽命長等(deng)特點,成為(wei)(wei)工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)新方(fang)向。
濾筒式除塵(chen)器的結(jie)(jie)構(gou)是由進風管、排風管、箱體、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布(bu)板、濾筒及(ji)電(dian)控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵(chen)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)除(chu)塵器中的布(bu)置(zhi)很(hen)重要,既可(ke)以(yi)垂直(zhi)(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)箱(xiang)體花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上(shang),也可(ke)以(yi)傾斜布(bu)置(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上(shang),從清灰效(xiao)果看,垂直(zhi)(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)較為(wei)(wei)合理。花(hua)板(ban)(ban)下部為(wei)(wei)過濾室,上(shang)部為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖(chong)室。在(zai)除(chu)塵器入(ru)口處裝有氣(qi)流分(fen)布(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣體進(jin)入除塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗后(hou)(hou),由于(yu)氣流(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴大及氣流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板作用(yong),氣流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆(ke)粒(li)(li)在(zai)動和(he)慣性力作用(yong)下沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰斗;粒(li)(li)度細、密度小的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)進(jin)入濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)室(shi)后(hou)(hou),通過布(bu)朗擴散和(he)篩濾(lv)等(deng)組合效應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)氣體進(jin)入凈氣室(shi)由排氣管經風機排出(chu)。
濾(lv)筒式(shi)除塵(chen)器的(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料表(biao)(biao)面粉塵(chen)層厚度的(de)增加而增大。阻力達到某一(yi)規定值時(shi)進行(xing)清灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)啟閉(bi)(bi),首(shou)先(xian)一(yi)分室提升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),將過濾(lv)氣流截斷,然后電(dian)磁脈沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開啟,壓縮空氣以(yi)及短的(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變形產生振動(dong),并在(zai)逆向(xiang)氣流沖刷的(de)作用(yong)下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)袋外表(biao)(biao)面上的(de)粉塵(chen)被剝(bo)離落(luo)入灰(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁脈沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),提升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打(da)開,該室又恢復(fu)過濾(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)各室依次進行(xing),從(cong)一(yi)室清灰(hui)開始至下一(yi)次清灰(hui)開始為一(yi)個清灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)粉塵(chen)掉入灰(hui)斗內通(tong)過缷灰(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出。
在(zai)此過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中必須定期(qi)對濾(lv)(lv)筒進行更(geng)換(huan)和清洗,以確保過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)效(xiao)果和精(jing)度(du),因為在(zai)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中粉塵除了(le)被(bei)阻隔(ge)外還有部分(fen)會沉積于濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表面(mian),增大阻力,所以一般(ban)的正確更(geng)換(huan)時間是三至五個月!
