濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀70年代就已經在(zai)日(ri)本(ben)和歐(ou)美一些(xie)國家(jia)出現,具有(you)體(ti)(ti)積小(xiao),效率(lv)高(gao),投資省,易維護等優點,但(dan)因其(qi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)容(rong)量小(xiao),難組合成(cheng)大風(feng)量設(she)備(bei)(bei),過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速(su)偏低(di),應(ying)用(yong)范圍窄,僅在(zai)糧食、焊接等行業應(ying)用(yong),所以多年來未能大量推(tui)廣(guang)。近年來,隨(sui)著新技(ji)術、新材料不(bu)斷地發(fa)展(zhan),以日(ri)本(ben),美國的(de)公(gong)司為(wei)代表,對除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)結構和濾(lv)(lv)料進(jin)行了改進(jin),使得濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地應(ying)用(yong)于水泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)(dian)力、食品、冶(ye)金、化工等工業領域,整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)容(rong)量增加(jia)數倍,成(cheng)為(wei)過濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積>2000m2大型除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對超細粉(fen)塵(chen)收集難、過濾(lv)(lv)風(feng)速(su)高(gao)、清灰效果差(cha)、濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)(dai)易磨損(sun)破漏、運行成(cheng)本(ben)高(gao)的(de)上好方(fang)案,和市場(chang)上現有(you)各(ge)種袋(dai)(dai)式、靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)有(you)效過濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積大、壓差(cha)低(di)、低(di)排放、體(ti)(ti)積小(xiao)、使用(yong)壽命長等特點,成(cheng)為(wei)工業除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)新方(fang)向。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的結構是由進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱(xiang)體(ti)、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、氣流(liu)分(fen)(fen)流(liu)分(fen)(fen)布板(ban)、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置組成,類似(si)氣箱(xiang)脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾筒在(zai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可以(yi)垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體(ti)花(hua)(hua)板上,也可以(yi)傾斜布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)(hua)板上,從清灰效果看,垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為合理(li)。花(hua)(hua)板下部為過濾室,上部為氣箱脈沖室。在(zai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)入口處裝有氣流分布(bu)板。
含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器灰斗(dou)后,由于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布板作用(yong),氣(qi)流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆(ke)粒(li)在動和慣性力作用(yong)下沉降在灰斗(dou);粒(li)度細(xi)、密(mi)度小的塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)室后,通過布朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組(zu)合(he)效(xiao)應,使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)沉積在濾(lv)料表面上,凈化后的氣(qi)體進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)凈氣(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)經風機(ji)排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)阻(zu)力隨濾(lv)料表面(mian)粉塵(chen)層厚度(du)的(de)(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力達到某一(yi)規定(ding)值時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序(xu)控(kong)制脈(mo)(mo)沖閥的(de)(de)啟閉(bi),首先一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提(ti)升閥關閉(bi),將過(guo)濾(lv)氣流截(jie)斷,然后電磁脈(mo)(mo)沖閥開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮空氣以及短的(de)(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變(bian)形產(chan)生(sheng)振動,并在(zai)逆向(xiang)氣流沖刷的(de)(de)作用下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)袋外表面(mian)上的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)被剝(bo)離落(luo)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢(bi)后,電磁脈(mo)(mo)沖閥關閉(bi),提(ti)升閥打開(kai)(kai),該室(shi)(shi)又(you)恢復(fu)過(guo)濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依(yi)次進(jin)行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始至下一(yi)次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始為一(yi)個(ge)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗內通過(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)閥排出。
在此過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)必須定期對(dui)濾筒進行更(geng)換(huan)(huan)和清洗,以(yi)確保過(guo)濾效果(guo)和精度,因為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還有部分會(hui)沉積于濾料(liao)表面,增大阻力,所(suo)以(yi)一(yi)般的正確更(geng)換(huan)(huan)時(shi)間是三至五(wu)個月!
