濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀(ji)70年代(dai)就已經(jing)在(zai)日本(ben)和(he)歐美一(yi)些國家出現,具有(you)(you)體積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao)(gao),投資省,易維(wei)護等優點,但因(yin)其(qi)設(she)備容(rong)量小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),難(nan)組合(he)成大(da)風(feng)(feng)量設(she)備,過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)(feng)速(su)偏低(di),應(ying)用范圍窄(zhai),僅(jin)在(zai)糧食、焊接等行(xing)業(ye)應(ying)用,所以多(duo)年來未能大(da)量推廣(guang)。近年來,隨著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料不(bu)斷(duan)地發展,以日本(ben),美國的公司為(wei)代(dai)表(biao),對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料進行(xing)了改進,使得濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地應(ying)用于(yu)水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶金(jin)、化(hua)工(gong)等工(gong)業(ye)領域(yu),整體容(rong)量增加數(shu)倍,成為(wei)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)收集難(nan)、過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)(feng)速(su)高(gao)(gao)、清(qing)灰(hui)效(xiao)果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨損破(po)漏、運行(xing)成本(ben)高(gao)(gao)的上(shang)好方(fang)案,和(he)市場上(shang)現有(you)(you)各種袋式、靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)(you)有(you)(you)效(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)大(da)、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、使用壽命(ming)長(chang)等特(te)點,成為(wei)工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展的新(xin)方(fang)向。
濾筒式除塵器的結(jie)構(gou)是由進風管、排風管、箱(xiang)體(ti)、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)流(liu)分(fen)布板、濾筒及電(dian)控裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖(chong)袋除塵結(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可(ke)以垂直(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)(zai)箱(xiang)(xiang)體花板(ban)(ban)上(shang),也(ye)可(ke)以傾(qing)斜布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)(zai)花板(ban)(ban)上(shang),從清灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為(wei)合理。花板(ban)(ban)下部(bu)(bu)為(wei)過濾室(shi),上(shang)部(bu)(bu)為(wei)氣(qi)箱(xiang)(xiang)脈(mo)沖(chong)室(shi)。在(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)入(ru)口處裝有氣(qi)流(liu)分布(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)除塵器灰斗后(hou),由于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗(cu)大顆粒(li)在動和(he)慣(guan)性力(li)作用下沉(chen)降在灰斗;粒(li)度細、密度小的塵粒(li)進入(ru)濾(lv)塵室后(hou),通過布朗擴散和(he)篩濾(lv)等組合(he)效應(ying),使粉塵沉(chen)積在濾(lv)料表面上,凈(jing)化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室由排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管經風機(ji)排(pai)(pai)出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻力隨(sui)濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表(biao)面(mian)粉塵層厚度的(de)(de)(de)(de)增加而增大。阻力達(da)到某一(yi)規定值時進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序控制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟閉(bi)(bi),首先一(yi)分(fen)室(shi)提升閥(fa)關閉(bi)(bi),將過濾(lv)(lv)氣流(liu)截(jie)斷,然后(hou)電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)開(kai)啟,壓縮空(kong)氣以及(ji)短(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時間在上箱(xiang)體(ti)內迅速膨脹,涌入濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨脹變形產(chan)生振(zhen)動,并在逆向氣流(liu)沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下(xia),附著在濾(lv)(lv)袋外表(biao)面(mian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)粉塵被剝離(li)落(luo)入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢(bi)后(hou),電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)關閉(bi)(bi),提升閥(fa)打開(kai),該(gai)室(shi)又恢復(fu)過濾(lv)(lv)狀(zhuang)態。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依次進(jin)行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至下(xia)一(yi)次清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為一(yi)個(ge)清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)粉塵掉入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通(tong)過缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排(pai)出。
在此(ci)過程中必須定期(qi)對濾(lv)筒進行更(geng)換和清洗,以確(que)保過濾(lv)效果和精度(du),因(yin)為在過濾(lv)過程中粉塵除(chu)了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積(ji)于(yu)濾(lv)料表面,增大阻力,所以一般的正確(que)更(geng)換時間(jian)是(shi)三至五(wu)個月!
