濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除塵(chen)(chen)器的結(jie)構(gou)是(shi)由進風管、排風管、箱體、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、氣流分流分布板、濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)及電控(kong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)組成,類似(si)氣箱脈(mo)沖袋除塵(chen)(chen)結(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)(zai)除塵(chen)器(qi)中的布(bu)(bu)(bu)置很重要,既(ji)可以垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置在(zai)(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上(shang),也可以傾斜布(bu)(bu)(bu)置 在(zai)(zai)花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上(shang),從清(qing)灰效果看(kan),垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置較為(wei)合理。花(hua)板(ban)(ban)下部為(wei)過濾室(shi),上(shang)部為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)(zai)除塵(chen)器(qi)入口處裝有(you)氣(qi)流分布(bu)(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣體(ti)進入除塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗(dou)后,由于(yu)氣流(liu)(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴(kuo)大(da)及氣流(liu)(liu)分布(bu)板作用(yong)(yong),氣流(liu)(liu)中(zhong)一部(bu)分粗大(da)顆粒(li)在(zai)(zai)動和(he)慣(guan)性(xing)力作用(yong)(yong)下沉降在(zai)(zai)灰斗(dou);粒(li)度細(xi)、密度小的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)進入濾(lv)(lv)塵(chen)(chen)室后,通過(guo)布(bu)朗擴(kuo)散和(he)篩濾(lv)(lv)等組合效應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化(hua)后的氣體(ti)進入凈(jing)氣室由排氣管經風機排出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)器的阻力隨(sui)濾(lv)料表面粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的增加而增大。阻力達到某一(yi)規定值時進行清(qing)灰(hui)。此時PLC程序控制(zhi)脈沖(chong)(chong)閥(fa)(fa)的啟閉,首先一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)關閉,將(jiang)過濾(lv)氣(qi)流(liu)截斷,然后(hou)電(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)(chong)閥(fa)(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟,壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣(qi)以(yi)及(ji)短的時間在(zai)上(shang)(shang)箱體(ti)內迅速(su)膨脹(zhang),涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)膨脹(zhang)變形(xing)產生振動,并在(zai)逆(ni)向氣(qi)流(liu)沖(chong)(chong)刷的作用下(xia),附(fu)著在(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)外表面上(shang)(shang)的粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)斗中(zhong)。清(qing)灰(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)(chong)閥(fa)(fa)關閉,提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)打開(kai)(kai),該(gai)室(shi)(shi)又(you)恢復過濾(lv)狀態(tai)。清(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依(yi)次進行,從一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)至下(xia)一(yi)次清(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)為一(yi)個(ge)清(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落的粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)掉(diao)入(ru)灰(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)閥(fa)(fa)排出。
在(zai)此過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中必須(xu)定期對濾(lv)(lv)筒進(jin)行更換和清洗(xi),以確保(bao)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)效果(guo)和精度,因為在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還有部(bu)分會沉積于濾(lv)(lv)料表面,增(zeng)大阻力,所以一般(ban)的正確更換時間是三(san)至五個月(yue)!
