濾筒式除(chu)塵器的(de)結構(gou)是由進(jin)風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱(xiang)體、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、氣(qi)流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾筒及(ji)電控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置組成,類似氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈(mo)沖(chong)袋除(chu)塵結構(gou)。

濾筒(tong)在(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器中的布(bu)置(zhi)很(hen)重要,既可以垂直(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)上,也可以傾(qing)斜布(bu)置(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)上,從清灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板(ban)下(xia)部為過(guo)濾室(shi)(shi),上部為氣箱脈沖(chong)室(shi)(shi)。在(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器入口處裝有氣流分布(bu)板(ban)。

濾筒式除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)阻力隨濾料表面粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)層厚度(du)的(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大(da)。阻力達到(dao)某(mou)一規定值時(shi)進行清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控制脈(mo)沖閥的(de)啟(qi)閉(bi),首(shou)先一分室(shi)(shi)(shi)提升閥關閉(bi),將(jiang)過濾氣(qi)流(liu)截斷(duan),然(ran)后電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥開(kai)啟(qi),壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)以及短(duan)的(de)時(shi)間在上箱體(ti)內(nei)迅(xun)速膨脹,涌入(ru)濾筒,使(shi)濾筒膨脹變形(xing)產生振動(dong),并在逆向氣(qi)流(liu)沖刷的(de)作用下,附(fu)著(zhu)在濾袋外表面上的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)完(wan)畢(bi)后,電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥關閉(bi),提升閥打(da)開(kai),該室(shi)(shi)(shi)又恢復(fu)過濾狀態。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)(shi)(shi)依次進行,從一室(shi)(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始至下一次清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始為一個清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)斗內(nei)通過缷灰(hui)閥排出(chu)。

在此過程中必(bi)須定期對濾筒進行更換和(he)清洗,以(yi)確保(bao)過濾效果和(he)精度,因為在過濾過程中粉塵除了被阻隔外還(huan)有部(bu)分會沉(chen)積于濾料表面,增大(da)阻力,所以(yi)一(yi)般(ban)的(de)正確更換時(shi)間(jian)是三至五個月!
