濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)早(zao)在20世紀70年代就已經在日本(ben)(ben)和歐美(mei)一些(xie)國家出現(xian),具有體(ti)積小,效(xiao)(xiao)率高,投資省(sheng),易(yi)維(wei)護等(deng)優點(dian),但因其設(she)備容量(liang)小,難(nan)組合成(cheng)大風量(liang)設(she)備,過濾(lv)風速偏低(di),應用(yong)范圍窄(zhai),僅(jin)在糧食(shi)、焊接等(deng)行業應用(yong),所以(yi)多年來未能大量(liang)推廣。近年來,隨著(zhu)新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料不斷(duan)地(di)(di)發(fa)展,以(yi)日本(ben)(ben),美(mei)國的(de)公司為代表,對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)結(jie)構和濾(lv)料進行了改(gai)進,使得濾(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)廣泛地(di)(di)應用(yong)于水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電(dian)力(li)、食(shi)品、冶金、化工(gong)等(deng)工(gong)業領(ling)域,整體(ti)容量(liang)增加數倍,成(cheng)為過濾(lv)面積>2000m2大型(xing)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是(shi)解決傳統除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)對超(chao)細粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集難(nan)、過濾(lv)風速高、清灰效(xiao)(xiao)果差、濾(lv)袋(dai)易(yi)磨損(sun)破漏、運行成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)高的(de)上好(hao)方案,和市場上現(xian)有各種袋(dai)式、靜電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)相(xiang)比具有有效(xiao)(xiao)過濾(lv)面積大、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放(fang)、體(ti)積小、使用(yong)壽命(ming)長等(deng)特(te)點(dian),成(cheng)為工(gong)業除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)發(fa)展的(de)新(xin)方向。
濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的結(jie)構(gou)是由進風管、排(pai)風管、箱體、灰(hui)斗(dou)、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流分流分布板、濾(lv)筒及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵(chen)結(jie)構(gou)。
濾(lv)筒(tong)在(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)中的布置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可(ke)以垂直布置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上,也可(ke)以傾斜布置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上,從清灰效果看,垂直布置(zhi)(zhi)較為合(he)理。花(hua)(hua)板(ban)下部為過濾(lv)室(shi),上部為氣箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)入口(kou)處裝有氣流分布板(ban)。
含塵氣(qi)體進入除塵器灰斗后,由(you)于氣(qi)流斷面突然擴大及(ji)氣(qi)流分布板作用,氣(qi)流中一(yi)部(bu)分粗大顆粒在(zai)(zai)動和(he)慣性(xing)力作用下沉(chen)(chen)降在(zai)(zai)灰斗;粒度(du)細、密度(du)小的塵粒進入濾(lv)塵室后,通(tong)過布朗擴散和(he)篩濾(lv)等組合效(xiao)應,使粉塵沉(chen)(chen)積(ji)在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)料表面上,凈化后的氣(qi)體進入凈氣(qi)室由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的阻力隨濾(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)層厚度的增加而增大(da)。阻力達到某一規定值時進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程(cheng)序控制(zhi)脈沖閥(fa)(fa)的啟(qi)閉(bi),首先一分室提升閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),將過濾(lv)氣(qi)流截斷,然后電(dian)磁脈沖閥(fa)(fa)開啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及短(duan)的時間在上箱體內迅速膨脹(zhang)(zhang),涌(yong)入(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹(zhang)(zhang)變形產(chan)生(sheng)振動,并在逆向氣(qi)流沖刷(shua)的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),附著在濾(lv)袋(dai)外表面上的粉塵(chen)被剝離落(luo)(luo)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗中(zhong)。清灰(hui)(hui)完(wan)畢后,電(dian)磁脈沖閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),提升閥(fa)(fa)打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)(hui)各室依次進(jin)(jin)行(xing),從一室清灰(hui)(hui)開始至下(xia)一次清灰(hui)(hui)開始為(wei)一個清灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)(luo)的粉塵(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗內通(tong)過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過(guo)程(cheng)中必須定期對濾筒進行(xing)更(geng)換和清洗(xi),以(yi)確保(bao)過(guo)濾效(xiao)果和精(jing)度,因為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程(cheng)中粉塵(chen)除了被阻(zu)隔外(wai)還有部分會(hui)沉積于濾料表(biao)面,增大阻(zu)力,所(suo)以(yi)一(yi)般的正確更(geng)換時間是(shi)三至五個(ge)月!
