濾筒(tong)式除塵器的結構是(shi)由進(jin)風管、排風管、箱體、灰(hui)斗(dou)、清(qing)灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流分流分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類(lei)似氣箱脈沖(chong)袋除塵結構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除塵(chen)器中的(de)布(bu)置很(hen)重要,既可以(yi)垂直布(bu)置在(zai)箱體花(hua)板上(shang),也(ye)可以(yi)傾斜布(bu)置 在(zai)花(hua)板上(shang),從清灰效果看,垂直布(bu)置較為(wei)合理。花(hua)板下部為(wei)過濾(lv)室,上(shang)部為(wei)氣箱脈沖(chong)室。在(zai)除塵(chen)器入口處裝有氣流分布(bu)板。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)體進(jin)入除塵(chen)器灰斗后(hou),由(you)于氣(qi)流斷面(mian)突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)流分(fen)布板作用(yong),氣(qi)流中一部(bu)分(fen)粗大顆(ke)粒(li)在動和慣性力作用(yong)下(xia)沉降在灰斗;粒(li)度(du)(du)細、密度(du)(du)小的塵(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入濾(lv)塵(chen)室后(hou),通過布朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組合效應,使粉(fen)塵(chen)沉積在濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈化后(hou)的氣(qi)體進(jin)入凈氣(qi)室由(you)排氣(qi)管經風機(ji)排出(chu)。
濾筒(tong)(tong)式除塵器的(de)阻(zu)力隨濾料(liao)表(biao)面粉(fen)塵層厚度的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而增(zeng)大。阻(zu)力達到(dao)某一規定值時(shi)進行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控制脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)啟(qi)閉,首(shou)先(xian)一分室(shi)提升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,將過濾氣流截(jie)斷(duan),然后(hou)(hou)電(dian)(dian)磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開(kai)啟(qi),壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣以及(ji)短的(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上箱體內迅速膨(peng)脹(zhang),涌(yong)入濾筒(tong)(tong),使濾筒(tong)(tong)膨(peng)脹(zhang)變形產生振(zhen)動,并在(zai)逆向氣流沖(chong)刷的(de)作用下,附著(zhu)在(zai)濾袋外表(biao)面上的(de)粉(fen)塵被剝離(li)落(luo)入灰(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)完畢后(hou)(hou),電(dian)(dian)磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,提升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打(da)開(kai),該(gai)室(shi)又恢復過濾狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)依(yi)次(ci)(ci)進行,從一室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始至下一次(ci)(ci)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始為一個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)粉(fen)塵掉(diao)入灰(hui)斗(dou)內通過缷(xie)灰(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過程(cheng)中必須定(ding)期對濾(lv)筒進行更(geng)換和(he)清(qing)洗,以確保過濾(lv)效(xiao)果和(he)精度,因為在過濾(lv)過程(cheng)中粉塵除了(le)被阻隔外還有部(bu)分會沉積于濾(lv)料表面,增(zeng)大(da)阻力(li),所以一般(ban)的正確更(geng)換時間是三(san)至五個月!
