濾(lv)筒式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)早在20世紀70年(nian)代就已經(jing)在日(ri)本(ben)和(he)歐(ou)美一些國家出現,具有(you)體積(ji)(ji)小,效率高,投資省,易維護等(deng)(deng)(deng)優點,但因其設備容量(liang)小,難(nan)組合成(cheng)(cheng)大風(feng)量(liang)設備,過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)偏低,應用(yong)(yong)范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧食、焊接(jie)等(deng)(deng)(deng)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)應用(yong)(yong),所以多年(nian)來未能大量(liang)推廣(guang)。近年(nian)來,隨(sui)著新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)材料(liao)不(bu)斷地發展,以日(ri)本(ben),美國的公司為代表(biao),對(dui)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的結構(gou)和(he)濾(lv)料(liao)進行(xing)了改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地應用(yong)(yong)于水泥、鋼(gang)鐵、電力(li)、食品(pin)、冶金、化工(gong)等(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)領域(yu),整體容量(liang)增加(jia)數倍,成(cheng)(cheng)為過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)>2000m2大型除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)超細粉塵收集難(nan)、過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)高、清灰效果差(cha)、濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)易磨損破漏(lou)、運行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)高的上(shang)好方案,和(he)市(shi)場上(shang)現有(you)各種袋(dai)(dai)式(shi)、靜電除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)有(you)效過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)大、壓(ya)差(cha)低、低排放、體積(ji)(ji)小、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命長等(deng)(deng)(deng)特點,成(cheng)(cheng)為工(gong)業(ye)(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發展的新(xin)方向。
濾筒(tong)式除(chu)塵器的結(jie)構是由進(jin)風(feng)管(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)、箱體、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流(liu)(liu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流(liu)(liu)分(fen)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)布板、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類似(si)氣箱脈沖袋除(chu)塵結(jie)構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除塵(chen)器中的布置(zhi)很重要,既可以(yi)垂(chui)直布置(zhi)在(zai)箱體花板上(shang),也可以(yi)傾斜(xie)布置(zhi) 在(zai)花板上(shang),從清灰(hui)效果看,垂(chui)直布置(zhi)較為(wei)合理(li)。花板下部為(wei)過濾(lv)室(shi),上(shang)部為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除塵(chen)器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分布板。
含塵氣體(ti)進入(ru)除塵器(qi)灰斗后(hou)(hou),由(you)于氣流(liu)斷面突然擴(kuo)(kuo)大及氣流(liu)分布板作(zuo)用,氣流(liu)中(zhong)一(yi)部分粗大顆粒(li)在動(dong)和慣性力作(zuo)用下沉(chen)降在灰斗;粒(li)度(du)細、密(mi)度(du)小(xiao)的塵粒(li)進入(ru)濾塵室(shi)后(hou)(hou),通(tong)過(guo)布朗擴(kuo)(kuo)散和篩濾等組合效應(ying),使粉塵沉(chen)積在濾料表面上,凈化后(hou)(hou)的氣體(ti)進入(ru)凈氣室(shi)由(you)排氣管經風機排出。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)阻力(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面粉(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而(er)增(zeng)大(da)。阻力(li)達到某一規定值時進(jin)(jin)行清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰。此(ci)時PLC程序控制脈(mo)沖閥的(de)(de)啟閉,首先(xian)一分室提升(sheng)閥關閉,將(jiang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)流(liu)截(jie)斷,然后電磁脈(mo)沖閥開啟,壓縮空氣(qi)以及短的(de)(de)時間在(zai)上箱體內(nei)迅速膨脹,涌(yong)入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒膨脹變(bian)形產生振動,并在(zai)逆向氣(qi)流(liu)沖刷(shua)的(de)(de)作用下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋外表面上的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)被剝(bo)離(li)落(luo)入(ru)(ru)灰斗中。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰完畢(bi)后,電磁脈(mo)沖閥關閉,提升(sheng)閥打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰各室依次進(jin)(jin)行,從一室清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰開始(shi)至下一次清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰開始(shi)為一個清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰周(zhou)期(qi)。脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)掉入(ru)(ru)灰斗內(nei)通過缷灰閥排出(chu)。
在(zai)此過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)必須定期(qi)對濾(lv)(lv)筒進行更換和清洗(xi),以(yi)確保過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)效果和精度,因為在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵除了被阻隔(ge)外還有部分(fen)會沉積于濾(lv)(lv)料表(biao)面,增大阻力,所(suo)以(yi)一般的(de)正確更換時間(jian)是三至五(wu)個月!
