濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)早在20世紀70年(nian)代(dai)就已經在日(ri)本和歐美一些國家出現(xian),具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)體(ti)(ti)積小(xiao)(xiao),效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率高,投資省,易維護等(deng)優(you)點(dian),但因其設(she)(she)備(bei)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)小(xiao)(xiao),難組合成大(da)(da)(da)風(feng)量(liang)(liang)設(she)(she)備(bei),過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏低,應用范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧食、焊接(jie)等(deng)行業應用,所以(yi)多(duo)年(nian)來未能大(da)(da)(da)量(liang)(liang)推(tui)廣。近(jin)年(nian)來,隨著新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)材料不斷地發展,以(yi)日(ri)本,美國的公(gong)司(si)為(wei)代(dai)表,對(dui)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的結構和濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料進(jin)行了改(gai)進(jin),使(shi)得濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)廣泛地應用于水(shui)泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)力、食品、冶金、化(hua)工等(deng)工業領域,整體(ti)(ti)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)增加數倍,成為(wei)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積>2000m2大(da)(da)(da)型除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類),是(shi)解(jie)決(jue)傳統除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)對(dui)超細(xi)粉塵(chen)(chen)收(shou)集難、過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高、清灰效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨損破漏、運行成本高的上(shang)好方案,和市場上(shang)現(xian)有(you)(you)各種(zhong)袋式、靜電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)相比具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積大(da)(da)(da)、壓差低、低排放(fang)、體(ti)(ti)積小(xiao)(xiao)、使(shi)用壽(shou)命長等(deng)特點(dian),成為(wei)工業除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)發展的新(xin)(xin)方向。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的結構是由(you)進(jin)風管、排風管、箱體(ti)、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、導流裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、氣流分流分布板(ban)、濾筒(tong)及(ji)電控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)中的布置很(hen)重要,既(ji)可以垂(chui)直(zhi)布置在(zai)(zai)箱(xiang)體(ti)花板(ban)上(shang),也可以傾斜布置 在(zai)(zai)花板(ban)上(shang),從清灰效果看,垂(chui)直(zhi)布置較為(wei)合理。花板(ban)下部為(wei)過濾(lv)室,上(shang)部為(wei)氣箱(xiang)脈沖室。在(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)入口處裝(zhuang)有氣流分布板(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入除塵(chen)器(qi)灰斗(dou)后,由于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面突然擴大及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一(yi)部分粗(cu)大顆粒在(zai)動(dong)和慣性力(li)作(zuo)用下沉降在(zai)灰斗(dou);粒度細、密度小的塵(chen)粒進入濾(lv)塵(chen)室后,通過布朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組(zu)合(he)效應(ying),使粉(fen)塵(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料(liao)表面上(shang),凈化(hua)后的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入凈氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)(de)阻力(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面粉(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻力(li)達到(dao)某一規定值時進行(xing)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)。此(ci)時PLC程(cheng)序控制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)啟(qi)閉(bi),首先一分(fen)室提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關閉(bi),將(jiang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)截(jie)斷,然后(hou)電(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及短的(de)(de)時間在(zai)上(shang)(shang)箱體內迅(xun)速(su)膨脹(zhang),涌入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨脹(zhang)變(bian)形產(chan)生振動,并(bing)在(zai)逆向氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋(dai)外表面上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關閉(bi),提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)各(ge)室依(yi)次進行(xing),從一室清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)開始(shi)至下一次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)開始(shi)為一個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)掉(diao)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出(chu)。
在此過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)必(bi)須定期對濾(lv)(lv)筒進(jin)行更換和清洗,以(yi)確(que)保過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)效果和精(jing)度(du),因為在過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵除了被阻隔外還有(you)部分會沉(chen)積(ji)于濾(lv)(lv)料表面,增大阻力,所(suo)以(yi)一(yi)般的正確(que)更換時(shi)間是三至五個月!
