濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)早在20世紀70年代(dai)就已經在日(ri)本和歐美一(yi)些國(guo)家(jia)出現,具有(you)(you)體(ti)積小,效(xiao)率高,投資省,易維(wei)護等(deng)(deng)優點(dian),但因其(qi)設備容量(liang)小,難(nan)組合成大(da)(da)風(feng)量(liang)設備,過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏(pian)低(di),應用范圍窄,僅在糧(liang)食、焊接等(deng)(deng)行(xing)業應用,所以(yi)多年來未能大(da)(da)量(liang)推(tui)廣(guang)。近年來,隨著新技術、新材料不(bu)斷地發(fa)展(zhan),以(yi)日(ri)本,美國(guo)的(de)公(gong)司為代(dai)表,對(dui)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)的(de)結(jie)構和濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料進行(xing)了改(gai)進,使得(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地應用于水泥、鋼鐵(tie)、電力、食品、冶金、化工(gong)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)業領域,整體(ti)容量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)數(shu)倍,成為過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積>2000m2大(da)(da)型除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解決(jue)傳統除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)對(dui)超細粉(fen)塵收集難(nan)、過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高、清灰效(xiao)果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨(mo)損破漏、運(yun)行(xing)成本高的(de)上(shang)好(hao)方案,和市場上(shang)現有(you)(you)各種(zhong)袋式、靜電除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)(you)有(you)(you)效(xiao)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積大(da)(da)、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體(ti)積小、使用壽命長等(deng)(deng)特點(dian),成為工(gong)業除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)新方向。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵器的結構是由進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱體、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝置(zhi)、導(dao)流(liu)裝置(zhi)、氣(qi)流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾(lv)筒(tong)及(ji)電控裝置(zhi)組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾(lv)筒(tong)在(zai)除塵器中(zhong)的布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可(ke)以垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體花板(ban)(ban)上(shang),也(ye)可(ke)以傾斜(xie)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花板(ban)(ban)上(shang),從清灰效果(guo)看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為合(he)理。花板(ban)(ban)下部為過濾(lv)室(shi),上(shang)部為氣箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除塵器入(ru)口處裝有(you)氣流分布(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含(han)塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗后(hou),由(you)于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面突(tu)然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板作用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一(yi)部分(fen)粗大顆粒在(zai)動(dong)和慣性力作用下沉降在(zai)灰斗;粒度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒進(jin)入(ru)(ru)濾塵(chen)(chen)室后(hou),通過布(bu)朗擴散和篩濾等組(zu)合效應(ying),使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)濾料表面上,凈(jing)化后(hou)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室由(you)排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)經(jing)風機排出(chu)。
濾(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)阻力隨濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表面粉塵(chen)層厚度的(de)增加而增大(da)。阻力達(da)到(dao)某一規定值時進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)。此時PLC程序控制(zhi)脈沖(chong)閥的(de)啟閉(bi)(bi),首先一分室(shi)提(ti)升(sheng)閥關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),將過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)氣(qi)流截斷(duan),然后電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥開(kai)啟,壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)以及短的(de)時間(jian)在上箱體內迅速膨(peng)脹(zhang),涌入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)筒膨(peng)脹(zhang)變形(xing)產生振動,并在逆向氣(qi)流沖(chong)刷的(de)作用(yong)下(xia),附著在濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)外表面上的(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)斗中(zhong)。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)完畢后,電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),提(ti)升(sheng)閥打開(kai),該室(shi)又(you)恢復過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)狀(zhuang)態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)依次進(jin)行(xing),從一室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始至下(xia)一次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始為一個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉塵(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)斗內通(tong)過(guo)缷灰(hui)閥排出。
在此過程中必(bi)須定(ding)期對濾筒進行更換和清洗,以(yi)(yi)確保(bao)過濾效果和精度,因為在過濾過程中粉塵除了被阻(zu)隔(ge)外還有部分會沉(chen)積于濾料(liao)表面,增大(da)阻(zu)力,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)一般的正確更換時(shi)間是三至五個(ge)月(yue)!
