濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)早在(zai)(zai)20世紀70年代(dai)就(jiu)已經(jing)在(zai)(zai)日本和(he)(he)歐美一些國家出現(xian),具(ju)有體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao),效率高(gao),投資省(sheng),易維護等(deng)(deng)優點,但因其(qi)設(she)備容(rong)量小(xiao),難組(zu)合成大(da)(da)風(feng)量設(she)備,過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏低(di),應用(yong)范圍窄,僅在(zai)(zai)糧食、焊接等(deng)(deng)行業(ye)(ye)應用(yong),所以(yi)多年來(lai)未能(neng)大(da)(da)量推廣。近年來(lai),隨著(zhu)新技術、新材料不斷地(di)發(fa)展,以(yi)日本,美國的公司為代(dai)表,對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的結構和(he)(he)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料進(jin)行了改進(jin),使(shi)得(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)廣泛地(di)應用(yong)于水泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)力(li)、食品(pin)、冶金(jin)、化工等(deng)(deng)工業(ye)(ye)領(ling)域,整體(ti)容(rong)量增加數倍,成為過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大(da)(da)型(xing)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)對超細粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集(ji)難、過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高(gao)、清灰效果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋(dai)易磨損破漏、運行成本高(gao)的上好(hao)方案(an),和(he)(he)市場上現(xian)有各種(zhong)袋(dai)式、靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)相比具(ju)有有效過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)大(da)(da)、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)、使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命長(chang)等(deng)(deng)特點,成為工業(ye)(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)發(fa)展的新方向。
濾(lv)筒式除塵器的(de)結構是由進風管、排風管、箱(xiang)體、灰斗、清灰裝置、導流(liu)(liu)裝置、氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)分流(liu)(liu)分布板(ban)、濾(lv)筒及電控裝置組成,類似氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈(mo)沖袋除塵結構。
濾筒在除(chu)塵器(qi)中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很(hen)重要,既可以垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在箱體花板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),也可以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在花板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),從清灰效果(guo)看,垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)為合理。花板(ban)(ban)下部為過濾室(shi),上(shang)(shang)部為氣箱脈沖室(shi)。在除(chu)塵器(qi)入口處裝有氣流分布(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵氣(qi)體進入(ru)除(chu)塵器(qi)灰(hui)斗(dou)后,由(you)于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突(tu)然(ran)擴大(da)及氣(qi)流(liu)分布(bu)板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)流(liu)中一部分粗大(da)顆粒在動和(he)慣性力作(zuo)用下沉降在灰(hui)斗(dou);粒度(du)細、密度(du)小的(de)塵粒進入(ru)濾塵室(shi)后,通過布(bu)朗擴散和(he)篩濾等組(zu)合效(xiao)應,使粉塵沉積在濾料(liao)表面(mian)上(shang),凈(jing)化后的(de)氣(qi)體進入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)室(shi)由(you)排氣(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)筒式(shi)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料表面(mian)粉塵(chen)層厚度的(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻力達到某(mou)一規定(ding)值時進行清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)。此時PLC程(cheng)序控制脈(mo)沖閥的(de)啟閉(bi),首(shou)先一分室提升(sheng)閥關閉(bi),將過濾(lv)氣(qi)流截斷(duan),然(ran)后電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥開(kai)啟,壓縮空氣(qi)以及短的(de)時間在(zai)(zai)上箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變(bian)形產(chan)生振動(dong),并在(zai)(zai)逆向氣(qi)流沖刷(shua)的(de)作用下,附(fu)著(zhu)在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)袋外表面(mian)上的(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離落(luo)入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)斗中(zhong)。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)完(wan)畢(bi)后,電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥關閉(bi),提升(sheng)閥打(da)開(kai),該室又(you)恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)各室依次進行,從一室清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至下一次清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為一個清(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)粉塵(chen)掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)斗內通過缷(xie)灰(hui)閥排出。
在(zai)此過程(cheng)中(zhong)必須定期對濾(lv)筒(tong)進行(xing)更換(huan)(huan)和清洗,以確保過濾(lv)效果和精(jing)度(du),因為在(zai)過濾(lv)過程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵除(chu)了(le)被阻隔外還有(you)部分會沉積(ji)于濾(lv)料表面(mian),增大阻力,所以一(yi)般的正確更換(huan)(huan)時間是三至(zhi)五個(ge)月!
