濾筒(tong)式(shi)除塵(chen)器(qi)的阻(zu)力隨(sui)濾料表(biao)面粉(fen)塵(chen)層厚(hou)度(du)的增加(jia)而增大。阻(zu)力達到(dao)某一(yi)(yi)規定值時(shi)(shi)進行(xing)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此(ci)時(shi)(shi)PLC程序(xu)控(kong)制(zhi)脈(mo)沖閥的啟閉(bi),首先一(yi)(yi)分室提升閥關閉(bi),將過(guo)濾氣流截斷,然后電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮空(kong)氣以及短的時(shi)(shi)間在上(shang)箱體內迅速(su)膨脹,涌入(ru)濾筒(tong),使濾筒(tong)膨脹變形產生(sheng)振動,并在逆向氣流沖刷的作用(yong)下(xia),附著在濾袋外表(biao)面上(shang)的粉(fen)塵(chen)被剝離落(luo)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢(bi)后,電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥關閉(bi),提升閥打開(kai)(kai),該室又恢復過(guo)濾狀態。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室依次(ci)進行(xing),從一(yi)(yi)室清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)至(zhi)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)為一(yi)(yi)個清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫(tuo)落(luo)的粉(fen)塵(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通過(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥排出(chu)。

在此過程(cheng)中(zhong)必須定(ding)期對濾筒進行更(geng)換(huan)和(he)清洗,以確保過濾效果和(he)精度,因為在過濾過程(cheng)中(zhong)粉(fen)塵除了(le)被阻隔外還有部分會沉(chen)積于濾料(liao)表(biao)面,增大阻力(li),所以一般的(de)正確更(geng)換(huan)時間是三至(zhi)五(wu)個月!
