濾(lv)筒式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)早(zao)在(zai)20世紀70年代(dai)就已(yi)經在(zai)日本和(he)歐(ou)美一些國家出現,具(ju)有(you)(you)(you)體積(ji)小,效(xiao)(xiao)率高(gao),投資省,易(yi)維護(hu)等(deng)優點,但因其設備(bei)容量(liang)小,難(nan)組(zu)合成(cheng)大風量(liang)設備(bei),過(guo)濾(lv)風速偏低(di),應用范圍(wei)窄(zhai),僅在(zai)糧食(shi)、焊接等(deng)行業應用,所以多(duo)年來未能大量(liang)推廣。近年來,隨著新(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)材(cai)料不斷地(di)發展(zhan)(zhan),以日本,美國的(de)公司為(wei)代(dai)表,對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)結構(gou)和(he)濾(lv)料進行了改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)廣泛(fan)地(di)應用于水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電力、食(shi)品、冶金(jin)、化工等(deng)工業領域,整體容量(liang)增加數倍,成(cheng)為(wei)過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對超細粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)收集難(nan)、過(guo)濾(lv)風速高(gao)、清灰效(xiao)(xiao)果差、濾(lv)袋易(yi)磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)本高(gao)的(de)上(shang)好方案,和(he)市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)現有(you)(you)(you)各(ge)種(zhong)袋式、靜(jing)電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相比(bi)具(ju)有(you)(you)(you)有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)大、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體積(ji)小、使(shi)用壽(shou)命(ming)長(chang)等(deng)特點,成(cheng)為(wei)工業除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)新(xin)方向(xiang)。
濾筒式除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的結構是由(you)進風(feng)管(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流(liu)分(fen)流(liu)分(fen)布板、濾筒及(ji)電控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類(lei)似氣箱脈(mo)沖袋除(chu)塵(chen)結構。
濾筒在(zai)除(chu)塵器中的布置(zhi)(zhi)很重要(yao),既可以(yi)(yi)垂(chui)直布置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱(xiang)體花板上,也可以(yi)(yi)傾斜(xie)布置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花板上,從清灰(hui)效(xiao)果看,垂(chui)直布置(zhi)(zhi)較為合理(li)。花板下(xia)部為過濾室(shi),上部為氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除(chu)塵器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分布板。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)除塵(chen)器灰斗(dou)后(hou),由于氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)斷面突然擴大(da)及氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)分布板作用(yong),氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)中一部分粗大(da)顆粒在(zai)(zai)動和慣性(xing)力作用(yong)下(xia)沉降(jiang)在(zai)(zai)灰斗(dou);粒度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小(xiao)的塵(chen)粒進入(ru)濾塵(chen)室(shi)后(hou),通過(guo)布朗擴散和篩濾等(deng)組合效(xiao)應(ying),使粉塵(chen)沉積在(zai)(zai)濾料表面上,凈化后(hou)的氣(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)凈氣(qi)室(shi)由排(pai)氣(qi)管經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)阻力(li)隨濾(lv)料表面粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加而增(zeng)(zeng)大(da)。阻力(li)達到某一(yi)規定值時(shi)進行清灰(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)閥的(de)(de)啟閉(bi),首先一(yi)分(fen)室提升(sheng)閥關閉(bi),將過濾(lv)氣流截斷,然后電(dian)磁脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)閥開啟,壓(ya)縮空氣以及短的(de)(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)(shang)箱(xiang)體內迅速膨脹,涌入濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變形產生振動,并在(zai)逆向氣流沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)作用下(xia),附著在(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)外(wai)表面上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)被剝(bo)離落入灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)閥關閉(bi),提升(sheng)閥打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)(hui)各室依次(ci)進行,從(cong)一(yi)室清灰(hui)(hui)開始至下(xia)一(yi)次(ci)清灰(hui)(hui)開始為一(yi)個清灰(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫(tuo)落的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)掉入灰(hui)(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥排出(chu)。
在(zai)此過程中必(bi)須定期對濾筒進行更換和(he)清洗,以(yi)確保過濾效果(guo)和(he)精度,因為(wei)在(zai)過濾過程中粉塵除了被(bei)阻隔(ge)外還有部分會沉積于濾料表面(mian),增(zeng)大阻力,所以(yi)一般(ban)的正確更換時間是(shi)三至五個(ge)月!
