濾筒(tong)式(shi)除塵器(qi)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)是由(you)進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱體(ti)、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流(liu)(liu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流(liu)(liu)分流(liu)(liu)分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結(jie)構(gou)。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除塵器中的布(bu)(bu)(bu)置很重(zhong)要,既可以垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置在(zai)箱體(ti)花板(ban)(ban)上(shang),也可以傾(qing)斜布(bu)(bu)(bu)置 在(zai)花板(ban)(ban)上(shang),從清灰(hui)效果(guo)看(kan),垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置較為(wei)合理。花板(ban)(ban)下部(bu)(bu)為(wei)過濾(lv)室(shi),上(shang)部(bu)(bu)為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除塵器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分布(bu)(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵氣(qi)體進入(ru)除塵器灰斗后,由于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面突然擴(kuo)大及氣(qi)流(liu)分布(bu)板作用,氣(qi)流(liu)中(zhong)一部分粗大顆粒(li)在(zai)(zai)(zai)動和慣(guan)性(xing)力(li)作用下沉(chen)降在(zai)(zai)(zai)灰斗;粒(li)度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小的(de)塵粒(li)進入(ru)濾塵室后,通(tong)過布(bu)朗擴(kuo)散和篩濾等組合效應,使粉塵沉(chen)積在(zai)(zai)(zai)濾料表面上,凈化后的(de)氣(qi)體進入(ru)凈氣(qi)室由排氣(qi)管經風機(ji)排出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)力隨濾(lv)料(liao)表面粉(fen)塵層厚度的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)而增(zeng)(zeng)大。阻(zu)(zu)力達到(dao)某一規定值時(shi)進行清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控制(zhi)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)閉(bi)(bi),首先一分室提升(sheng)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),將過(guo)濾(lv)氣(qi)流截斷,然后電磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)開啟(qi),壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)以(yi)及短的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上箱體內(nei)迅速膨(peng)脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)膨(peng)脹變形產生(sheng)振動(dong),并在(zai)逆(ni)向氣(qi)流沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)(de)作用下(xia)(xia),附(fu)著在(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)外表面上的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵被剝離落(luo)入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)完畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),提升(sheng)閥(fa)打開,該室又恢復過(guo)濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)各室依次進行,從一室清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開始(shi)至下(xia)(xia)一次清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開始(shi)為一個清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)斗(dou)內(nei)通過(guo)缷(xie)灰(hui)閥(fa)排出(chu)。
在(zai)此(ci)過程中必須定(ding)期(qi)對(dui)濾(lv)(lv)筒進行(xing)更換(huan)和清洗,以(yi)確保(bao)過濾(lv)(lv)效果(guo)和精(jing)度,因(yin)為在(zai)過濾(lv)(lv)過程中粉塵除了被阻隔(ge)外(wai)還有部(bu)分會沉(chen)積于濾(lv)(lv)料表面(mian),增(zeng)大阻力,所以(yi)一般(ban)的正確更換(huan)時間是三至五個月!
