濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的結構是由(you)進風(feng)管(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)、箱體、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣(qi)流分流分布板、濾(lv)筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)結構。
濾(lv)(lv)筒在(zai)(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)中的布(bu)(bu)置很重要,既(ji)可以垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置在(zai)(zai)(zai)箱(xiang)體花(hua)板(ban)上(shang),也可以傾斜布(bu)(bu)置 在(zai)(zai)(zai)花(hua)板(ban)上(shang),從清(qing)灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置較為(wei)合理(li)。花(hua)板(ban)下(xia)部(bu)為(wei)過濾(lv)(lv)室(shi),上(shang)部(bu)為(wei)氣箱(xiang)脈沖(chong)室(shi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)入口(kou)處裝有(you)氣流分(fen)布(bu)(bu)板(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)除塵(chen)器(qi)灰(hui)斗(dou)后(hou),由(you)于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)斷(duan)面突然擴(kuo)大及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)布板作(zuo)用(yong),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆(ke)粒(li)在(zai)動和(he)慣性力作(zuo)用(yong)下沉降在(zai)灰(hui)斗(dou);粒(li)度細、密(mi)度小的塵(chen)粒(li)進入(ru)濾塵(chen)室后(hou),通過布朗(lang)擴(kuo)散和(he)篩濾等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)沉積在(zai)濾料表面上,凈(jing)化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室由(you)排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)阻力隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表(biao)面(mian)粉(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而增(zeng)大。阻力達到(dao)某一(yi)規定值時(shi)進行清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程(cheng)序(xu)控制脈(mo)沖閥的(de)(de)啟(qi)閉,首先一(yi)分室提升閥關閉,將(jiang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)流截(jie)斷,然(ran)后(hou)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)沖閥開(kai)啟(qi),壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)以及(ji)短的(de)(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)箱體內迅(xun)速膨(peng)(peng)脹,涌入濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨(peng)(peng)脹變形產生振(zhen)動(dong),并在(zai)逆向氣(qi)流沖刷的(de)(de)作用(yong)下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋外表(biao)面(mian)上(shang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)被(bei)剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)沖閥關閉,提升閥打開(kai),該(gai)室又恢復過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室依(yi)次進行,從一(yi)室清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始至(zhi)下一(yi)次清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始為一(yi)個清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通過(guo)(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥排出。
在此過(guo)程(cheng)中必須定期對濾筒進行(xing)更換和清洗,以確保過(guo)濾效果和精(jing)度,因(yin)為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程(cheng)中粉(fen)塵(chen)除了(le)被(bei)阻隔外還有(you)部分會沉積于濾料表面,增大阻力,所以一般的正(zheng)確更換時間(jian)是三至五個月!
